1. Check refrigerant pressures (adding refrigerant is not included)
2. Check motor amp
3. Check UV lights (if applicable)
4. Check accessible ductwork for leaks
5. Clean evaporator coil (if accessible)
6. Clean condenser coil
7. Check thermostat calibration (batteries not included)
8. Check electrical connections
9. Check and clean filter (if applicable)
10. Clean condensate drain system
11. Check all starting components
12. Check heating elements (seasonal)
13. Advise of equipment condition
